Wow that's an easy topic. Just look at the daily papers. The answers are: Minneapolis--the north side. Drive up Penn Avenue and stop at Broadway. You are now in the heart of Mpls gangland. The phrase "bullets over Broadway" certainly fits this area. Area is full of Blacks. There are some really nice moms and dads that live there. Some are my friends. They are anguished and stuck in the area for socio/economic reasons.
As for St. Paul, it's in and around the Capitol area. Ironic? That's where all the legislators meet and make the restrictive laws and spend millions of our hard-earned tax dollars on sports stadiums for multi-millionaire owners like bank president Carl Pohlad.
But I digress.

Yes it is ironic. But the lawmakers flee the area when they're done spending taxpayers money to fancy hotels. Then the area is left for poor Mexicans and SE Asians, who fight each other and themselves. Some very horrible crimes were recently reported. A dad murdered his entire family.
All you have to do is read to the daily papers!
