Default Best burger and/or Philly chessesteak?

Where to find the best burger and/or Philly chessesteak?

Any place to get a good burger in the Twin Cities?
How about a Philly cheesesteak?

Try the 5-8 Club in Nokomis on 8th Avenue - they specialise in burgers of all kinds. And it's a former speakeasy so has great atmosphere.

The Snuffy's Chain (I think there are 4 of them, only in twin cities) is great.

Also, Convention Grill in Edina.

I don't really look for Philly Cheesesteaks in MSP, so can't help you there.

Cheesesteak in Mpls.?, No.
Lion's Tap is good, they have their own thing going. (take 212 to Flying Cloud Apt. area)
The Mpls. city food is the Juicy Lucy. (Cheeseburger with cheese on the inside of the hamburger patty) Matt's on Cedar Avenue in the 30's and the 5-8 Club on Cedar and 58th. are kinda rivals a la Gino's and whatever it is in Phila. Not as ubiquitous, but a neat history. Google it.

I overwhelming suggest breakfast Monday through Friday mornnigs from 7am to 9am at the Uptown McDonalds. It is truly the crossroads of America. I go there for the food and linger there for the people. You'll most often find me talking to Marshall, Marilyn, Mad Mex, Baldy Bob, Charles, and a long list of others, who come and go.

Coffee only 50 cents to certain people. Fergetabout your fancy schmazy Philly Cheesecake. You can alway find a friend or filly to talk to there anyway. )
