Smile Relocating to SW Minneapolis-looking for rental

Home-owning, responsible, non-smoking family relocating to Southwest Minneappolis for local company... looking for 4-5br detached house with 2000+ sq ft with at least two car garage. Must be close to elementary schools. Located close to or in Maple Grove, Plymouth, Edina, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Hopkins, Orono, Minnetonka, Bloomington or Chaska would be ideal. Looking to move in Oct-Nov 2006 for at least 12-18 months. Open to possible lease to own. Up to $2500/mnth.

Just a suggestion, the housing market is really soft now and a MAJOR buyers market. It might be to your advantage to buy now while interest rates are low and there is a glut of houses on the market. You have listed pretty much the entire western half of the Twin Cities as possible housing locations. All of the towns you have listed have good schools, good places to live, etc. Maple Grove would be the worst commute out of your list but every where else would be fine.
