St. Paul downtown rentals?
I've read several threads on similar topics and decided to start a fresh one because I couldn't find exactly what I am looking for.
I am a 25 single male who will be starting a new position in Eagan in late September. I was in the area briefly on business and have a very rough feel for the area. As I will not have any real contacts locally after moving I decided that downtown living would be better for me than one of the burbs. Lorring Park looked appealing but I am looking for a shorter commute. Lately I have been leaning toward Kellogg Square in St Paul for a balance of commute and downtown living.
Curious what your opinions may be on Kellogg or suggestions for any other areas/properties that might suit me. I will need parking for a single car and am looking in a range that tops out at 1,000/month.
