I am a single woman moving to St Paul and I am looking to buy a condo in the Gallery Towers building. Which is between between Wabasha & St Peter, on 10th Street. My concern is the neighborhood.

What kind of neighborhood is it? Is it safe to take a walk during the day? Would you live there?

The neighborhood is the only thing holding up my decision.

Daytime is fine, I wouldn't go out alone at night as a single female in that area.

I'd agree, perfectly safe in the daytime. That's a nice building, right across from the fire station, so people are around there 24/7. New upscale restaurants just a block away. That n'hood is on its way up.
