Found The Place....finally!
Like you said - Minnehahapolitan - nobody could make a decision for me but we finally got down to 2 places - a really nice condo in Linden Hills that was in the center of the town - bang opposite the Wild Rumpus bookstore and a beautifully remodeled house on Xerxes in SW Minneapolis - the house won out - electric 2 car garage and a yard for our son. The offer was just accepted - we haven't closed yet.
The condo had only 1 uncovered spot to park and we could neither rent/buy another one.
Anyway - thanks for all your input everybody!
