Chanhassen - Liberty On Bluff Creek?
hello, does anyone live here or know anyone that does? i'm thinking about purchasing a townhome there, but would really like to get feedback from residents. how are the quality of the homes? are the units soundproofed well or can you hear your neighbors? etc., etc. please help!

Don't buy a townhome in a suburb unless you plan to die in it. Suburban townhomes appreciate like cars and you might need it to be a "classic" before it is ever worth any money.
