So true. I cut the NHL loose at that point and have not returned to watching. SO SAD (and ironic) WHEN MINNESOTA LOSES THEIR HOCKEY TEAM TO TEXAS!!!

At least Minnesota has all kinds of hockey to watch besides the NHL (Gophers, Huskies, Bulldogs, the state high school tourney, etc.), and the Wild *do* deserve a chance. But I've been so turned off to pro sports (mainly due to Mr. Green's shenanigans and the Twinkies begging so long for a stadium handout) that I've stopped caring much about any team at all. They don't care for the fans, so they aren't worth my time.
