Nope! Just possibly putting a workout facility there for Target employees so the space isn't completely empty, but certainly not a new Target HQ or something like Target tentatively plans (40+ story, possibly mixed-use tower). Right now the office market is quite soft AND Target just committed to building over 1M sf of office space in Brooklyn Park, transferring its IT people there from downtown (creating another glut of space there). I'd say in 3-5 years you might hear more about Target's downtown expansion plans, but not now.
