THere is a Jiffy Lube or whatever it is called on Pilot Knob and Duckwood (by Walmart in Eagan). Some Walmarts here do have oil change facilities but not all.

This Walmart is St. Paul says it has tire & lube, is that where you get the oil change done? I honestly don't know. My dad has been an auto mechanic for over 20 years so I don't pay for oil changes.

total ripoff which is
why I posted this topic.
I had checked Walmart Eagan and Bloomington and they didn't have oil changes
and the guy at Bloomington said that none of the Walmarts in the Twin Cities
had them.
I guess he was mistaken as I followed
Radical_Car 's advice and did a search on
Walmart.com and found the Walmart on Roberts Road in West St. Paul does
them. It's only 4.5 miles from where I work which makes it an easy "lunch hour" errand.
