Northeaster newspaper or check Craigslist. For what you appear to be seeking, I think you'll have more luck in those venues.

That said, while there is nothing inherently wrong with 55418, it doesn't strike me as an area that lends itself to easily finding a room for one week. I would guess landlords in the area would want a lease of several months and the ZIP doesn't have much (if any) hotel rooms. Could you find something downtown and commute by car or bus? #10 bus runs up Central Avenue from downtown.
