Does anybody know anything about bearpath in Eden prairie. there seems to be a lot of houses for sale in that area. Is it not a very good place to live?

Probably people that bought way more house than they could afford in the real estate bubble, or found living in a gated community is a bigger hassle than the perceived safety benefits.

Yep. Gated community. Huge houses. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the sales are due to corporate transfers too.

It's THE place to live in EP, no? That's where all of the Vikings live, anyways, and many other "stars" that live in the Twin Cities that don't know the area very well (I say that because I'd think a local "star" would plant him/herself somewhere along one of the lakes, city or suburban).
