Probably. But it's not a matter of opinion - it's a matter of available information that is easily found.

Interesting that it's the only city in the top 33 in Minnesota to lose population between 2010 and 2013.

As far as metropolitan areas go, Duluth is the anchor of Minnesota's second largest - larger than the Rochester MSA even if you exclude the Wisconsin portion of the population. However, Rochester appears likely to surpass at least the Minnesota portion of the Duluth-Superior MSA in the next couple of decades.

PS - There is a Duluth sub-forum, you know. That, or the Minnesota forum, would be a better place for this thread than the Minneapolis-St. Paul sub-forum.

Duluth and Bloomington are really close for 4th and 5th. Duluth was 4th in the official 2010 census, but I think recent estimates have Bloomington bigger.

Star Tribune article said that, surprised to see this.

I think only metro sizes really matter it seems.
