Hi all:

I just wanted to share some information about upcoming toy drives in the Twin Cities. Although we all have busy lives, I feel like giving can be very rewarding especially when children are involved. Although I do not want to endorse any organization in particular, this coming Wednesday,December 5th, all Chipotle locations will be offering a free burrito, bowl, taco, or salad for each new, unwrapped toy donated. The organization behind this drive is Toys for Tots Twin Cities. From now until Xmas, it would be great if we could share information about other upcoming toy drives. Thank you!

The Heart to Heart Organization in Marshall, MN starts their toy drive next week. They take new, unwrapped toys and cash donations. All of their donations stay in Lion County and less then 5% of their cash donations go to overhead costs, which are mostly mailings to people who have used their program in the past. Excellent organization. Lyon County Heart to Heart - Home
