Default Info on Burnsville!!

First

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

We have a potential house in Burnsville and wanted some input on the area from the locals. The house seems really nice and right next to a park.

so many choices it is hard to make choice but we have to really get into gear and make a choice in the next 2 weeks or so as getting moving truck on the 21st of Jan.

Thanks in advance!!

Well, I guess it would help if you could give us a more exact location. Burnsville overall is just your typical middle class Minnesota suburb, nothing bad, nothing spectacular about it. Great location though because you are close to 35 W, 35 E and Highway 77. Burnsville has a lot of stores and a mall, so you are never too far from shopping. People here complain about Burnsville schools but I don't think they are bad, maybe because Burnsville is a more "diverse" suburb, probably 4% African American and 4% Hispanic LOL. The only thing I dislike about Burnsville is the fact that it is very cookie cutter but other than that, it is a fine place to live
