Excellent school for engineering. But if someone is chasing skirt, its unlikely he will be successful.

thank you for all your answers. Happy New Year!
we are very happy, he was accepted, just found out half hour ago, today.

No,not at all, super genius computer nerd type, he and his friends were building super own computers at a very young age, white hacking huge interest, super smart nerds, smile. No chasing skirts, only his girlfriend, no interest in anybody else.Me and my husband were the soul of the party, but my son comes after my father. He married his first girlfriend,my beautiful mom at young age, had me with 21 years old and had been happy married for over 45 years. No other girlfriends, my child is 100 percent like grandpa, he is also a scientist ;-) and has only one grandchild, i am sole child too.

we will go spring take a look at the town, very excited.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a house/condo until your son has been there at least a year and likes it enough to stay the entire time. In addition, I highly recommend living in a dorm your first year. It's really part of the quintessential college experience and will be a great place to meet other students who often become friends throughout college as well as into adulthood.

I know Realtors are usually saying "now's a great time to buy" but in your case I disagree
