Default rush hour traffic
I will be traveling from Menomonie WI to St. Paul Children's Hospital on 01-14-08. I have to be there around 8:15 am. What is the best time to get in St. Paul to avoid the rush hour traffic? What is considered the main rush in the a.m?

Between 7 and 8 is going to be the worst time.
