Unpaid speeding ticket in Minneapolis
How is Minneapolis for unpaid speeding tickets? I am from out of state and likely will never return. I had forgotten about it and received a notice today. Will they go after me, or is it more like a parking ticket in Chicago (i.e. unnoticed forever if not paid if you only have one). Nevermind I already paid it. Sorry, too late to delete!

the mechanics of this completely baffle me. Like, you were typing this thread while on the DMV website....contemplating if you should hit "submit" for the payment but decided you wanted a little insight on whether or not its going to come back to haunt you, and somehow it got paid midway thru typing?

I have a question, is it possible to delete a thread or a post (if you created it)? If so, can someone tell me how?
Thanks.

You have the option to delete or edit only for about an hour I read some place on the help page. At that point the delete or edit button disapears. After that you have to directly request your need to a moderator.

Obviously he wrote it all then pushed the button...
And Minneapolis will go after the people and get their money for unpaid tickets, unlike some other cities.

A speeding ticket will turn into a warrant, but only for Hennipen County, which as far as I know retains a really long shelf-life. It has been known for Hennipen County to send fines and notices to appear in court to other states regarding misdemeanors, but I am not sure of any recourse if you ignore them.

don't pay your parking tickets. Totally ignore them until they amount to THOUSANDS of dollars.
When you get your drivers license suspended, joke about it and have your relatives laugh at it.
Whe this is all done, run for US Representative and get elected to congress.
Hey, it works for some !
