Anoka has one in the Twin Cities.

But in outstate MN, I remember Buffalo (Now an Arbys), St Cloud in the Crossroads mall Parking Lot (Now a Caribou), Belle Plaine, Elk River, St Peter and probably several more.

Am ecstatic for Dunkin Donuts though and wish they'd hurry up hahahaha even though it's not that simple.

I don't know if Rogers is considered as part of the Twin Cities area or not, but there is a Hardees there that's only a few years old. It seems to be kind of hidden in a bad spot, away from most of the other businesses and stuff. They closed their Elk River location when that one was built.

And at least we've gotten articles about how DD has been having trouble finding investors, holding meetings for potential investors, and other random updates and blah blah

That Hardees thing? Haven't heard a peep since. Have they actually opened ONE Hardees somewhere in the Twin Cities since 2012? I know St Cloud/Sartell got one sometime after the new Walmart Supercenter in Sartell opened but other then that....????
They originally indicated that they'd be open by end of 2015: http://www.bizjournals.com/twincitie...-concepts.html

They're called Rally's back in Ohio and I admit their burgers are pretty good. Whether I eat there again depends on if there's any transfat.
