Greetings!

After much help from this board, it looks like we will end up in the Page area of Minneapolis. This looks like it is close to schools and work for us, so all good there. Definitely some airplane noise, but most neighborhoods we looked at near seemed to have some as well.

There are many Yelp reviews, Chowhound posts, etc about food and dining and we are reading those, but I'd love to hear from folks here.

We're especially looking for:

Korean food (been to Rabbit Hole)

Indian (bonus for south Indian as we love dosas)

Mexican food (all kinds)

Vietnamese (I've heard people say St. Paul)

Breakfast of all sorts

Bonus:
Dim sum

We cook most of these so can make due if there aren't so many places of a particular cuisine.

Thanks for any tips.

Thanks!

Korean- there is Hoban in uptown which is good, service is slow, but good food
Indian - Taste of India in St. Louis Park. We love Hot Indian Foodtruck, not indian, more fusion but delicious. Gorkha palace is great too, and has Indian, Nepali and Tibetan food. Love the momo at Himalayan restaurant near the Cooper/Longfellow area on Lake.
Mexican - Taco Cat in the midtown global market. Other taco trucks I can't recall names along Lake St. are good as well.
Vietnamese - we like Que Viet, in NE, although it may be more nostalgic as I've been going there since childhood. Looking forward to checking out places in St Paul, especially the Hmong Market
Breakfast- Al's Dinkytown, hands down. Our Kitchen on 36th is good too. Bogarts donuts are wonderful.
Dim sum - Mandarin Kitchen in Bloomington.

Check out Hola Arepa as well, fun place, great cocktails and tasty food.
Chinese food is lacking unfortunately, as is real Thai, although there are a few place in St. Paul we haven't checked out yet.
Demera Ethiopian is really great, also in St. Paul.
