I don't think so. It will always remain as a great play and incredible ending to an NFL playoff game ...

I think the goal was to win the elusive trophy and not just show up to break that record of a home team playing in their own stadium. It is not much of a record anyways given that SBs generally only take place in a handful of locations. Let the SB take place in Gillette stadium and then it is almost a guarantee the record will be broken
