The richest and the newest are pretty much mutually exclusive. Edina, Wayzata, Deephaven, et cetera. are the richest in Hennepin County; the newest are Corcoran, Dayton, Rogers and other more rural areas which are seeing alot of development. Plymouth is neither the richest nor the newest.
