good lord that article states you can get up to $33k for buying a house in Harrison?!! That is insane.

yeah but I think this aid is only going to be available for 50 homes...which really isn't going to do a whole lot.

zoohoo is on a distinguished road
The best spot to move is Delano...one of the highest ranked school district, small town not far from Plymouth/Maple Grove. New roads will be completed by Nov 08 so the commute will be extra smooth and relatively easy. You must love the small town feel. Very reasonable real estate for any type of home you are looking for-(no I am not a realtor) I am just promoting a community that is rated excellent.
