Default Does anyone know about the Field Neighborhood?

HI I found a home in an area called the Field Neighborhoood. We're moving to the cities and were wondering about it? I think it is bordered by I-35W on the west side, Minnehaha Parkway on the south, Chicago Avenue on the east and 46th Street East on the north. Is it family friendly?

Field is a low crime neighbhorhood. As far as land use the vast majority of the Field is made up of single family homes with the exception of Chicago Avenue between 47th and 49th streets and Field Middle school which is located in the plot of land between 46th st and 47th st and 4th Ave and 5th Ave S.

The makeup of this neighborhood would suggest it is family friendly. The only thing that could potentially negatively affect this would be if a high percentage of homes in the neighborhood were rentals and of that I am not sure.
