"Ilhan Omar is Unfit for Office."

That said, so is Trump.

And that's far worse. Done.

Maybe, maybe not but completely irrelevant and off topic for this thread. This topic has local importance. There are plenty of threads in the National P&C forum where you can discuss Trump.

I find it fascinating that there has not been one post so far in her defense. She is in office despite her gross dishonestly and anti-Semitism.

The solution here is clear. Glenfield should run against her this fall as a pro-life moderate.

Ilhan Omar continues to retain her husband’s firm as a consultant, paying Mynett’s firm, E Street Consulting $292,000 in the first quarter of this year. This is 65% of all the money raised by her campaign. While unseemly, there is nothing illegal about this relationship in the culture of corruption known as Congress.

However, another ethics complaint has been filed alleging that Omar and Mynett spent some of this money on personal travel, something she was reprimanded for during her time in the Minnesota legislature. It seems unlikely to me that this will be investigated so long as the Democrats retain control of the House. The Star Tribune article is linked below

Rules are for the infidels. She hates this country for what it was founded upon. Yet, the country that her family came from would have her imprisoned or worse just because she (key word here is she) feels free to speak her mind.

With the pandemic going on, I feel it will be almost impossible to campaign against her in the primary or the general election. She'll be able to get all the media attention while her competitors will battle to get anything printed on the inside pages of the Tribune or on the local TV.

And here is yet another reason that Ilhan Omar is unfit for office. She wants free housing for renters.

Our country was built by hard-working individuals who were mostly self-supporting. Many recent immigrants are also hard working, but then you get this welfare queen wanting to socialize private property.

[Mod: posts are deleted for a reason. This is a good post]

Well, same goes for a large swath of Congress. See, e.g., Richard Burr.

What really concerns me about Ilhan Omar is her brazen anti-Semitism.

She is a socialist, so why is that not surprising?

I hope for the benefit of the nation, the people in Minnesota's 5th district have wised up to her nature and flush her this next election cycle.
