Default neighborhoods and precincts
Is there a link to a source for the precincts with exact streets in Mpls and St Paul? People on the forum keep referring to various precincts and neighborhoods in terms of crime, cost of living, etc., and it's hard to tell which neighborhoods are in which precincts. Any help is appreciated.
