Home Inspectors?
Can anyone recommend a home inspector in the Metro area? Or is there anyone to absolutely avoid? (You can DM me if you would like)
I know inspectors do not need to be qualified in Minnesota, but does Minneapolis or Hennepin County have any requirements? They seem to be more strict about housing related issues. Also, how important was it to you to have a home inspector that is a member of ASHI or NAHI ?? Thanks!
