We are thinking of building a home in the Maple Grove, Plymouth, Medina area and I am looking for some builders to look at. Anyone have any experience to share?

I think there are many good builders. you should be able to get a good price in todays market. The place to star tis which area to live. Some developments may require yoiu to use a certain builder. If it is open to all builders; I would look at some open houses ( Models). Find 3 quality builders and have them bid out the house. If you want to pick my brain more let me know

Have you considered buying a pre-existing home? Given the current market and huge number of vacant homes you would probably be able to buy a house alot cheaper than building it.
