Default What to do with this beautiful weekend??

I live in rochester, but want to come up to the cities this weekend to explore and have a beautiful weekend. I am not from MN and want to experience some more jewels of the city that I have not seen.

I am looking for outdoorsy stuff to do, but indoorsy suggestions are welcome as well.

I have already been to Lake Calhoun, Minnehaha Falls, Como Lake and zoo. Uptown, downtown, MOA have been explored. Although I am still open to suggestions from these areas as I am well aware that I have not explored every nook and cranny of these areas...

What are your favorite things to do in The Cities when we have beautiful weekends like the one coming up?

That's a good question. If you don't mind heading north a little, Stillwater is pretty cool. A little to the west of the cities is Excelsior. It's a quaint downtown area and you can sit on the water's edge of Lake Minnetonka at Maynard's for a fun, relaxing lunch or dinner. It's always hopping.
