Default Good neighborhood in Lino Lakes

Hi

I am looking for a good neighborhood in Lino Lakes for my family. 3 young children. Price range 300-350K. Trails, good elementary schools etc. Any suggestions- especially on the schools?

The elementary schools in the southern part of Lino are generally thought of as better (Rice Lake and Centerville). They have better test scores than the others- even beat neighboring Turtle Lake in the Moundsview district on the MCA tests last year. Centerville has a mix of older houses and newer, while Rice Lake would have homes built in the 1990's and newer. Either would have homes in the price range you are looking for and both are very child friendly communities.
