I havent been on this site long but have seen a few threads from people that have complained about the hiring situation here, i personally was in the same boat after i graduated from the U in 06 using a lot of resources that really made me feel like crap (i was looking for sales jobs so i found a lot of lets say not so legitimate job opportunities off monster etc.), I ended up finding a job through
Minneapolis Jobs, and wanted to let people know about it since it seems to have only local companies and a lot of opportunities, hopefully this helps since i'm too lazy to type this in each thread i find. happy hunting everyone.
