LOL - we'll see I guess, I do like the affordability and would really hope we don't lose our neighborhood-y feel or become a pretentious area a la Linden Hills/ SW Mpls, but I'm very comfortable with our investment (and planned future investments, e.g. home upgrades) here.

Try living South of the river, it is more affordable if you want a house and yard. Savage/Burnsville/Prior Lake
