Thanks I will check into that! Right now Im leaning to the Highland area, I have some friends there and its only about 30 min from my family with a easy commute. If anybody has any suggestions for apartments to check out there that would be great! Found a couple online that look interesting. My major requirement is I want a dishwahser. Garage and a deck would be nice but are not deal breakers. Would like to stay under or near $800/$900.

Stay away from the ones on West 7th Street and any connected commercial area, there's a bit of a crime issue down on that end. Other regular posters can provide more details.
