Interesting. I guess because race wasn't mentioned when I saw the news reports, I automatically assumed it was all white people. However, it does look like several of the victims said they could not identify any characteristics or there may have been mismatching testimony from victims on the topic of race (and just because someone was arrested for it doesn't make them guilty) - so, there's a good chance that others involved were white.

This country needs to STOP coddling criminals and making going to jail like going to Club Med! The ACLU should stop protecting criminals. The phrase Victim Advocate is an oxymoron...why do victims need advocates? They are already victims, for crying out loud!

Wow....This is very disturbing. To hear that this mentality can get this far out of hand is upsetting. Knowing it's just under the surface seems to cancel out all political posturing and gives a serious reality check on the true state of the union.

This mentality is: wild west gunslinging, faulting the victim, inactive witnesses, simmering racism, inept social programs (no doubt these kids were targeted by some well meaning bygone program), misplaced machismo, etc.......

I don't even have a kid but would have a hard time not saying something in this situation.....at valleyfair no less! Blaming the dad for his own beating is backwards thinking and is akin to blaming the poor for not being born into riches. You can question his thinking (although it sounds as if he only yelled at the one person-not the mob) but then the ball goes into the perp's court......and you don't question HIS thinking? Being part of society (even 18) means you stand behind your actions and not represent falsely with other thugs. Someone previously wrote "a beat down is one thing, but ICU is something else." I could see this, but calling others to help stomp a guy's head isn't right...Hopefully some attempted murder charge is given. These guys probably stopped being part of society a while back and will meet a too=soon end. But you can be assured they brought it on themselves.

Minneapolis is getting exactly what it deserves.

In the 80's Minneapolis Liberal/Regressives imported thousands of blacks
from Chicago in order to become a caring and PC city.
They actually paid for housing for these thugs and treated them like kings.
They virtually offered their Scandinavian daughters as “piece” offerings.

Over the last 20 years we have watched the Minneapolis area slide into
disgusting squalor.

Minneapolis is the most pretentious, phoney city I have ever lived in.
It’s little wonder the bystanders didn’t lift a finger to help their white brother in need.
Your Concealed Carry law is a joke, and so are your cowardly citizens.
