My $.02 would be Woodbury or IGH in this case. Apple Valley would be difficult to find 1-3 acres, although it has a lot of pluses.

Default Update -- We found it!
I just wanted to drop in with a little update. We found exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful home on 3.5 mostly wooded acres in Woodbury. We close on September 2nd and we are very excited!

Cool. I was just going to say that since you already were renting in Woodbury and loved it, why not just buy there. Who cares about someone else opinion that doesn't even live there. Woodbury is a fine place to live.

I know that if I was living in an area and loved it, I would trust my heart enough to buy there too.
