Edina, Burnsville, and Apple Valley. I like those the best out of the list, despite the fact that I don't really like Apple Valley's sprawl. But Burnsville and Edina are great. They have a good transportation system and close to the TC.

You got that right. My step-brother lives there. Driving around there sucks! Look at a map and stare in wonderment at the mess of spaghetti and dead-ends. Alternate routes are virtually non-existent.
