grandpa tweedle is on a distinguished road
Default downtown saint paul

ever notice how downtown saint paul is always full of the riff-raff after dark? you know, thug types, i won't get any more specific than that. whats up with that? i definitely feel safer walking along in downtown minneapolis. what is bringing them into downtown SP?

I expect it's not as many people down there so the riff-raff stand out more.

I know exactly what you're talking about. There are quite a few of them living a little bit north and west of downtown, up near the freeway.
