Default Utilities budgeting in Minneapolis

I just moved to a house in North Minneapolis and would like some help figuring out roughly what I'm going to pay for the following services. We have about 1900 sq feet finished above ground and about 950 sq feet unfinished basement:

Gas (typical winter cost with a gas furnace and dryer, temp set to 68 when home, 58 when at work)?

Electric (typical summer cost with central air, keeping temp to about 73)?

Water/Sewer/Trash (I believe the city bills quarterly for this)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It is really hard to say because there is no "typical". It can vary so much. One house we had our largest gas bill was $70, usually around $50 in the winter, the next house our largest gas bill was about $150, usually around $70 then this house it is usually around $150/month. The houses are all about the same size but the windows/insulation and which gas company you have all make a difference. The first two houses were in the same town, this house is in a different town and gas is much more expensive here.

Electric, again, it is going to depend on how much you use. Our electric bill is about $90/month this time of year and $150 or so in the summer-or more if we leave our ponds plugged in .

The only constant we have is trash, $78/3 months and that includes unlimited yard waste pick up.

Water is about $130/3 months

We have a 3500 sq foot house and there are 5 of us, including 3 teenagers.

When we were first married and lived in our tiny 1000 sq foot house I think all of our utilities were about $100/month combined.
