That's a very loaded question - why don't you tell us more about what you are looking for in a neighborhood, where you will be working, how much of commute you are willing to do, etc? This way you're a lot more likely to get some informed responses.

I am going to be working at the Airport. I am willing drive up to 40 mins one way. I am looking for a quite neighborhood. I like the outdoors. My budget is 375k. I have 3 dogs so some type of dog parks would be cool near bye. I am a girl so shopping near by but not that important. I want kinda a newer home. I like modern features. 3 bed or more, 2 bath or more. My boyfriend wants a mancave. Maybe I am asking too much but some type of land. I don't like houses that are on top of each other. I love sports. I like cool bars, and resturants. We both like different types of foods. I miss a famliy type of environment I don't get much of that out here in Phoenix. My hometown is Denver.

How much land were you looking for? How new is a newer house? I would look around Bloomington, especially near the river. The entire length of the Minnesota River is a national wildlife refuge. Alot of the homes nearby are comfortably sized, have a little land and are perfectly located in relation to the airport. It is easy to get into the City for restaurants, attractions, et cetera.
I would also say that Golden Valley has alot of similar attributes. It abuts Wirth Park, the largest Minneapolis city park. The housing stock is good and lots are generous figuring its location within the metro area. It isn't more than five minutes into downtown either.

Maybe a quarter to a full acre and nothing older than like 10 years. If i don't bring my horses than the land part won't be an issue. I don't want to do to much fixing up the house since I only have 2 months to move up there and I would like to have a move in ready house.

You will have to move out to the suburbs if you are bringing horses and want land. For your budget you should be able to find something pretty easily. Would you board your horses or keep them with you? If you want to have a place where you can have them on your own property then you might want to look in the Elko/New Market area. If you want to board them, anywhere south of the river is going to get you a nice, newer home with a good sized lot. There are also dog parks around, one in Burnsville, one in Rosemount. For shopping, if you are at the airport, the Mall of America is across the street so that won't be an issue.

I did an MLS search in the southern suburbs for houses built after 1998 with at least .25 acres of land, $350k or less, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bath. The largest concentrations of properties that met that description are in Shakopee, Farmington, Lakeville, Cottage Grove, Woodbury and there were also several in Savage, Prior Lake and Rosemount.

Add Hastings to the list, especially if you and your boyfriend have any interest in life on the water...boating, fishing, skiing/wake boarding/tubing. Hastings is located on the Mississippi River with a quick run to the beautiful St. Criox River. You can either launch or dock your boat right in town. It is an easy 25 minute/25 commute to the airport and the same to downtown St. Paul. $375K will buy a great home right now and there is a true dog park about 10 minutes away.
