How are chances to find a job in healthcare in Minneapolis/ST. Paul (Dent: living in)

I am living in Pittsburgh, PA right now and want to take my family out of this area around May or June. I do not mean is a bad area I deliberately do not like it because my spirit is gone and flying out in the air. I am considering to move to Mpls or somewhere else. I'm a French-Canadian the cold is not matter to me. I want to know if there is no body who can help find a job because my big worry is finding a job. I'm free do not worry about flexibility I can work any day & time. I do not have job now but I can work to any position in management as entry level. I am considering being a support in medical record as coding abstraction for now. I have an associate degree in business administration, associate applied science in business management and I'm taking my dual degrees: Health information management & Health care Administration bachelors online.

Lots of healthcare companies in the Twin Cities. In addition to the hospitals, we have a lot of companies that own clinics (independent, freestanding medical clinics are relatively rare here). Also, giant United Healtcare is located here, as well as 3 or 4 giant HMOs and a few smaller ones. Delta Dental is a big employer here, too. In addition, several corporations headquartered here manufacture health care related stuff: Medtronic, 3M, etc.
