Default Another Edina property dispute

House site in Edina pushes boundaries, buttons

Neighbors say the home is too close to the edge of the double lot, raising fears of splitting the property. The builder denies it.

It seems like there isn't a month that goes by where I don't see some kind of property dispute in Edina appearing in the newspaper. Is it just me or are the people who live there the biggest bunch of whiners in the state?

My take: they want the Edina address so are willing to buy a lot to plop a monstrousity down regardless of the lot size or compatability with the rest of the neighborhood.

If that is the case then your info incorrectly lists your location as Minneapolis.

Minneapolis is a lot more recognizable than Edina in many C-D forums. FWIW...

That doesn't justify the entry of incorrect information in my opinion.

He could do what I do and provide more gory details, but I think "Minneapolis" is a fairly close approximation of his location to folks living out of state.

Also IMO, of course.

Now, if he only participates in this forum you might have a stronger case, at least in my eyes.

I use Mpls because more people know the name - few outside MN would know where Edina is.
