2391 East Larpenteur Ave is an apartment I've been checking out. Its called Maplewood. (clever...)

Is this a safe area? Would I fear my car being broken into?
Has anyone stayed at these apartments?
Do bad parts exist in Maplewood?

Yes, there are bad areas in Maplewood but that area is not bad.

I dont know what that area is like, but I know the area of Larpenteur and Rice is pretty sketchy.
