The Vita Course is just one of many fitness trails worldwide. My brother and I used a different brand called Par Course that had been installed on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Like the Lake Nokomis Vita Course the GMU Par Course had been neglected and was missing two of the stations. My brother and I got permission to rehabilitate the course and used it in conjunction with a weight training program. Running as fast as possible from station to station was a serious cardio workout. We took a lot of ribbing until our mates on the soccer team tried it. After one lap nobody talked trash again. They were too busy sucking wind.
