Default People who live in houses in MPLS vs apartments/condos

Are the people who live in an apartment or a condo of Minneapolis in anyway more "urban" than those who live in a house in Mini?

It is neighborhood based, not housing style based. If you live in Whittier, either in a house or apartment, you are probably more urban than someone who lives anywhere in Armatage.

Urban people: People who live in urban areas are "urban", regardless of their housing.

Urban lifestyle: Some people in urban areas live a suburban lifestyle; some preople who live in suburbs live an urban lifestyle.
