Default Summit Hill

I am moving to St. Paul and was wondering what people thought of the Summit Hill neighborhood. It's close to where I'll be working so I'd like to get a place there.

This might give you some information to start with: Summit-University Neighborhood - A Profile of St. Paul's Summit-University Neighborhood

It's a nice historic neighbourhood - lots of older buildings with some newer apartment / condo / townhomes along Selby and quite a few businesses and restaurants along there too. Summit Avenue has lots of older mansions, some of which now belong to the Uni. And of course the St Paul Cathedral at the eastern edge, which is a handy place to sit and watch 4th of July fireworks.
