Question Apartments in Plymouth?

Okay so I'm moving to the area in about a month and I'm looking for apts. I'll be working in Robbinsdale and a lot of the apts in my price range have landed me in Plymouth and Maple Grove area. I've searched the forum but I'm looking for possibly specific feedback on the areas or particular complexes. So if you have any firsthand insight or info from the grapevine on the following - it would be much appreciated!

Plymouth Ponds
Hummingbird Cove
Mallard Ridge
Shadow Hills
Willow Creek

I've looked up ratings online - but absolutely everything gets an extreme mix of questionable reviews - and they can't all be bad can they?

Don't worry, I also fully intend to visit and tour each myself - I'm just looking for some background info if possible! Any that you would completely avoid? Or maybe other suggestions for the western suburbs?

Any help is great Thanks!

Well since the people of MN don't seem to be very helpful in this area - if anyone comes across this thread with the same question feel free to message me - I have personally visited some complexes and may be able to let you know what I learned!

I am not sure what your price range is, but I would like to suggest the Plymouth Pointe apartments on Lancaster. I was in your situation last October and toured many complexes before I settled on this one. I like it here... the management people are very polite and the building is quiet. It is an older complex, but recently nicely updated... Please let me know if you'd like to check it out. Good luck
