Default What would happen if you get caught with illegal firework(s)?

I know that Wisconsin sell some fireworks that are considered to be illegal in Minnesota.

1.So,how much high does the aerial firework go that you buy in Wisconsin??

2.What happen if you get caught?

The big shells will go pretty high. I looked it up and can't find any straight answers other than "as high as 1,000 feet". I don't think they go that high, but they certainly go a couple hundred up.

I think they just confiscate them. If you have a lot or are a dick about it to the cop they might stick you with a fine. I know my cousin was caught once and they just confiscated them.
