I third the Egg & I (never been to the Lyndale one, I eat at the one on University). IMO, Key's is way overpriced (their "biggest omelet in town" is nowhere near). Also good is Highland Cafe and its clone, Longfellow Cafe. The Capitol View is really good, with some nice Mexican dishes and the Louisiana Cafe is another favorite. If you ever venture over to St Paul's East Side, Serlin's is the real deal, and Magnolia's is also decent. Both are on Payne Ave.

Patrick's in the Bachman's on Lyndale. He doesn't have the best croissants in town (probably top 5-10 though), but being able to eat surrounded by flowers and plants is nice when it's cold out.
I also think Good Day Cafe off Xerxes and 394 is decent. Probably not at the top of the list, but worth a bite if you're in the area.

If you're in NE Minneapolis, there's the Ideal Diner at 14th and Central. It's a classic that's been there 50+ years. I think they're open from 6 AM to 2 PM daily.

Eh. Town Talk is overrated. It's good, but it's not worth the price. Also not a huge fan of the Uptown diner or The Egg and I. The Uptown Diner was too greasy, and the Egg and I felt like eating in a cafeteria (but the prices were good). Not to say that these are bad restaurants; I'm just letting you know what my tastes are.
I second Longfellow Grill and agree that Hell's Kitchen is good. The huevos rancheros at HK are amazing.
I would recommend the Bad Waitress for breakfast food. I would also recommend Seward Cafe if you like a breakfast that feels healthy (but very homey as well, not fancy). You also might try Hard Times Cafe. I only ate breakfast there once, but I noticed that they had a huge selection, and it was the kind of place that might do turkey.
I had breakfast once at the Boiler Room in Stevens Square. The coffee was second-rate but the oatmeal was awesome! I also noticed that they make eggs by steaming them using an espresso machine. Ha! I don't know why people seem to hate that place. I think it's because they let people bring their dogs in. In any case, the price on breakfast there is pretty good.
You might also try Trotters in St. Paul, at the intersection of Marshall and Cleveland. They are all about the local food and have very good breakfast options. I would not be surprised to see turkey on their menu as well.
This won't do you any good, but if you're ever in Atlanta, you would love the Flying Biscuit. It's an excellent breakfast place, and they have turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and turkey gravy.
