Forbes names Minneapolis safest city in America
Interesting study where crime is just one of a number of safety factors taken into consideration when looking at metropolitan areas. The study also found Minneapolis metro to be one of America's "best places to live cheaply".

Last time I checked, Mpls doesn't even have over 20 murders yet, and it's late October. I say Mpls has earned it.

No surprise at all that Minnesota tops this list; I would have been shocked if it wasn't at least in the top 5.

They obviously have never been north of the Mississippi River then, or around Broadway Avenue. |

Moscow is a very cold city and their murder rate is among the highest in the world. Moscow also has government problems and severe issues. Minneapolis is getting its stuff together and has been for years. |
