You know, you can do an Internet search of Filipino groceries, Minneapolis, MN. I did that and came up with a couple (they also sell other foreign foods). They have some stuff listed on their websites that they have available.
www.unitednoodles.com
United Noodles
2015 E 24th Street
Minneapolis, MN 55404
Phone: (612) 721-6677
http://www.phil-oriental.com/
Phil.-Oriental Imports, Inc.
789 University Avenue
St. Paul, Minnesota 55104
Phone: (612) 292-1325
The person looking for the same type of store in Sioux City, IA might want to post the question on the Iowa forum. I searched Asian food stores, Sioux City, IA and came up with one:
Laos Asian Market
(402) 494-0487
115 W 9th St
South Sioux City, NE 68776

grocery
There is a great place in St. Paul...it is called the international market. They have a good variety and many vendors. It is kinda like an indoor farmers market.

Good Asian market? Sure! Near Glenwood and Lyndale Avenues in Minneapolis, just across from the Farmers Market. They are wholesale and retail.

I do a lot of my shopping at Shuang Hur. Duc Loi is also good. Both on Nicollet Avenue just south of downtown Minneapolis.
